  • 1 Seb (apple)- diced/sliced
  • 2 Shakarkandi (sweet potato)- boiled, peeled and diced/sliced
  • ½ cucumber- peeled and diced
  • Pudina chutney -Optional
  • 2 tbsp Imli (tamarind) chutney
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • You can add Thinly sliced carrot too to get crunchiness in chaat.


  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl, toss and mix together
  • Garnish with chaat masala, Dhania.
