- 1 Seb (apple)- diced/sliced
- 2 Shakarkandi (sweet potato)- boiled, peeled and diced/sliced
- ½ cucumber- peeled and diced
- Pudina chutney -Optional
- 2 tbsp Imli (tamarind) chutney
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- You can add Thinly sliced carrot too to get crunchiness in chaat.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, toss and mix together
- Garnish with chaat masala, Dhania.
