Pumpkin Laddoo Recipe
As indicated by their bright orange colour, pumpkins contain beta-carotene, which is converted to vitamin A when consumed. Vitamin A strengthen your immune system and help fight infections. Conversely, people with a vitamin A deficiency can have a weaker immune system.

Ingredients:
- Grated Pumpkin - Half Kg
- Roasted (brownish) Rava - 4 tbsp
- Roasted Chopped Nuts
- Coconut Powder - 1 Cup
- Powdered Sugar - 4 to 5 Spoon
- Ghee - 3 tbsp
Instructions:
- Heat ghee in a pan & roast grated pumpkin. Keep stirring to avoid burning.
- Pumpkin release the water at the cooking so burn all the water excess. Once roasted take it out in a wide plate.
- Once cooled down, mix all these ingredients together. (Sauteed pumpkin, powdered sugar, coconut powder, roasted chopped nuts, roasted rava)
- You can taste the sugar after mixing.
- Roll into balls. You can dust laddoo with coconut flakes.
- NOTE: You can replace sugar with melted jaggery.
