Pumpkin Laddoo Recipe

As indicated by their bright orange colour, pumpkins contain beta-carotene, which is converted to vitamin A when consumed. Vitamin A strengthen your immune system and help fight infections. Conversely, people with a vitamin A deficiency can have a weaker immune system.

Ingredients:
  • Grated Pumpkin - Half Kg
  • Roasted (brownish) Rava - 4 tbsp
  • Roasted Chopped Nuts
  • Coconut Powder - 1 Cup
  • Powdered Sugar - 4 to 5 Spoon
  • Ghee - 3 tbsp
Instructions:
  • Heat ghee in a pan & roast grated pumpkin. Keep stirring to avoid burning.
  • Pumpkin release the water at the cooking so burn all the water excess. Once roasted take it out in a wide plate.
  • Once cooled down, mix all these ingredients together. (Sauteed pumpkin, powdered sugar, coconut powder, roasted chopped nuts, roasted rava)
  • You can taste the sugar after mixing.
  • Roll into balls. You can dust laddoo with coconut flakes.
  • NOTE: You can replace sugar with melted jaggery.
