Ingredients:

  • 1 fresh pumpkin, peeled and seeded
  •  oil
  • Salt (optional)

Method:

  • Cut pumpkin into very thin slices with a  peeler.
  • Pour oil in a pan & heat it.
  • Fry pumpkin slices until crisp on low flame
  • Drain
  • sprinkle salt, if desired.
