Spinach is a rich source of minerals, and it is particularly high in vitamin K1 and carotenoid vitamin A precursors.Spinach is a rich source of manganese and magnesium, and it contains a range of other minerals in small to moderate amounts.

Method:

  1. Heat butter in a non-stick pan, add garlic and saute for one minute.

  2. Add green chillies and onions, mix and saute for one minute.

  3. Add spinach and saute for one minute. Add cottage cheese (Paneer), mix well and cook for two minutes.

  4. Add chaat masala and mix well. Remove from heat and set aside.

  5. Apply some butter on two bread slices, spread the cottage cheese mixture over them evenly. Cover with the remaining two bread slices and apply some butter on top of them.

  6. Heat a Griller. Place the sandwiches on it and grill till evenly golden and crisp on both sides.

  7. Cut into shape as pr your choice and serve hot.
