Gur Sooji ka Halwa Recipe

Gur Sooji ka Halwa is mouth-watering and made with two simple ingredients that is semolina and jaggery, both are healthy ingredients. This dish is loved by all in the winter season as jaggery, nuts and ghee lend warmth to the body.

Ingredients:
  • Ghee Roasted Golden Brown Sooji - 1 Cup
  • Ghee - 2 Tbsp
  • Jaggery - 3 Tbsp
  • Fried Nuts & Cardamom Powder
  • Ghee
Instructions:
  • First boil one cup of water in a pan. Add jaggery, ghee & let it melt. Keep stirring.
  • Once jaggery melts, add ghee roasted golden brown sooji.
  • Cook & stir till it gets thicken. Now add roasted nuts,cardamom powder & mix well.
  • Ready to enjoy.
