Ingredients:

  • 1¼ cup cold apple juice
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • 1 kiwifruit, sliced
  • 5 strawberries
  • 1½ tsp honey

Method:

  1. Combine the juice, banana, kiwifruit, strawberries, and honey.
