- 1¼ cup cold apple juice
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 1 kiwifruit, sliced
- 5 strawberries
- 1½ tsp honey
Combine the juice, banana, kiwifruit, strawberries, and honey.
Blend until smooth.
