Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • Yogurt
  • Spinach (as much as you want)
  • Water

You can add Flax seeds or Nuts too as per your taste.

Method

  1. Place Spinach into a blender.

  2. Pour yogurt over the spinach.

  3. Slice the banana and put that into the blender, too.

  4. Blend for about 1-2 minutes. If the mixture seems too thick to blend, add water accordingly.

  5. If you are looking to add milk to your kid's diet, you can add milk instead of yogurt.

  6. You can add Juice of ½ fresh lemon too if you love tangy taste.
