- 1 Banana, peeled
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon - It can lower blood sugar levels, reduce heart disease risk factors and has a plethora of other impressive health benefits
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 to 5 ice cubes
Other ingredients that goes well with Apple: ½ cup orange,¼ cup coconut,honey,nutmeg almond,pumpkin or flax seeds,pinch of ginger or soymilk or half cup rolled oats too.
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
